Yes, we offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials.

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To obtain PDG's authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call email within 14 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 14 days of purchase.
CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped . Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
b. Sample items are not returnable.
c. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Shipping/Handling Policy:
Shipping charges will be added after you place your order. All shipping turn arounds are an estimate. Shipping carriers are at the sole discretion of our company. All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.
We reserve the right to request additional information or identification from a customer before processing an order.

GROUND DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States) A minimum of $7.95 or 10% to 14% of order total depending on shipping location, size and weight. Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days. *Items marked as "May require additional freight charge", require special packing and handling. If the shipping is over 13%, you will be informed "before" we process the order.
ALASKA & HAWAII: Minimum of $12.95 or about 45% of total. Delivery time 7-10 business days..
RUSH SHIPPING:
Minimum of $24.95 or about 55% of total. Delivery time 1-3 business days after order is processed.

For your online shopping safety, when you order, please make sure your BILL TO address matches your credit card billing information. This is done to help people whose cards have been stolen and used illegally, to warn other e-commerce websites and to alert Local, State and Federal/International Law Enforcement Agencies who may be periodically visiting our ANTI-FRAUD web pages. We refuse to have a tiny minority of racketeers and identity thieves ruin the Internet and E-Commerce shopping experience for the rest of us.

When will my order ship?

In stock items, sent by regular ground mail will be shipped within three business days. Overnight and second day orders will be sent the first business day following receipt and confirmation of order. Items that are not in stock and/ or special orders will be delivered within four to eight weeks, sooner when possible.
